GOCHSHEIM IS AT THE CENTRE OF CLIPPER BESTAENDIG'S OPERATIONS
Situated in central Germany, the site lies at the heart of all of Clipper Bestaendig's main transport routes and customer networks, and ideally ties up all movements within Germany and throughout Europe.
Gochsheim is also Head Office for the business. It houses the operational, finance, marketing and human resource teams, and provides strong support for our German operations. It is a mature team, having grown with the business for many years.
As well as providing our central distribution and planning hub, the site benefits from 200,000 square feet of product storage capability and 150,000 square feet of yard for transport operations, making it a truly flexible site.

Berlin
A 55,000 square feet facility located at Neues Ufer 30, our Berlin site acts as the ideal location to service all of North East Germany, and as Clipper Bestaendig's platform into Poland, where it either delivers directly or through its sister company - Bestaendig Poland.
Its high bay facilities act as an ideal location for palletised product and its location in Berlin gives cheap backhaul to the more heavily populated west German areas.

Unna (Dortmund)
Strategically situated just to the east of the Ruhr valley area of western Germany, this 35,000 square foot site can get into the Ruhr valley area quickly, yet is far enough away from the heavy traffic in that area to effect deliveries through the rest of Germany effectively.
Daily scheduled vehicle movements link the Unna site with all other Clipper Bestaendig sites and Europe, thus providing an effective cross docking site for wider Germany and beyond.

Hockenheim
The Hockenheim site provides Clipper Bestaendig with its main route into south west Germany, and also into Switzerland and Italy. It is currently a 25,000 square feet facility, although it does have access to adjacent warehousing which could double this capacity.
Sited in the south west, it does allow cheaper storage rents than other areas of Germany, and the frequency to which Clipper Bestaendig serves the site places it in a good strategic spot.
